Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Muffins
Makes: 12 regular size muffins, 24 mini muffins

Ingredients
1 box spice cake mix
1 – 15 oz can of solid pumpkin (not pumpkin pie mix)
1 cup mini chocolate chips
Directions
- Heat oven to 350’.
- Line 12 count muffin tin with paper liners or 24 mini muffin tin.
- Mix pumpkin with dry cake mix and stir in chocolate chips.
- Spoon mixture into line muffin tins to 2/3 full and bake 15 -17 minutes.
These are good for breakfast or as a snack anytime.
