Connie’s Squash Casserole

Ingredients
            1 stick butter, melted

            1 box stove top stuffing
            2 cups squash
            1 can cream of chicken soup
            ½ cup grated cheddar cheese
            1 small onion diced
            1 cup sour cream

Directions

•        Mix stuffing with butter and put in a 10x8 baking dish. Reserve 1 cup stuffing.
•        Mix remaining ingredients together, pour over stuffing.
•        Sprinkle reserved stuffing over top.
•        Bake 350’ for 30 minutes.
